I had one of the greatest experience with a construction contractor in a while. This is my second review for Sunset Outdoor Creation Swimming Pool and I’m writing this review to express the gratitude to Tony.

Our pool was completed in February 2021 and we have Pentair pool system. One of the pool light went off and it needed a replacement. I contacted H2O Pro Pool, certified repair company for a warranty. Heath the owner of H2O Pro Pool was so hard person to be reached and not responsive for further inquiries. I didn’t like it from the beginning but went along because it was recommended by Pentair who provided the parts under warranty. About 2 months later, Heath finally replied and informed me that he is in the area and will be stopping by for the light replacement. He then left me a txt message stating that he cannot complete the work due to a complications.

After frustration with H2O Pro Pool’s unprofessional service, I reached out to the pool contractor Tony who originally installed my pool system for an advice. Tony immediately sent out 2 of his crew members to replace the light at no cost and they completed the work within 20 minutes.

In the past, I had some bad experiences working with other contractors for roofing, landscaping, and renovation. As soon as I contact for a warranty service , I got runarounds.

Tony genuinely cares about his customers, consistently going above and beyond. He diligently follows up with updates and proactively ensures the pool remains in excellent condition.
Owning a pool comes not only with maintenance but repairs. Parts will break and you will need someone accountable and reliable.
